Odymedi Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the rights, duties, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Odymedi (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user in relation to the services provided by the Company, including hospital marketing and medical service information (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

"Site" refers to the platform providing all services operated by the Company, including the website, mobile web, app, etc., which includes the following URL:

"Service" refers to the information and guidance about hospitals and medical services provided by the Company for marketing purposes.

"User" refers to both members and non-members who access the Company's site and use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.

"Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been provided with an ID and password to continuously use the Company’s services.

"Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company without joining as a member.

"Content" refers to all types of information materials such as text, images, videos, etc., provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Notice, Effect, and Modification of Terms)

The Company will post these terms and conditions on the initial or connected screen of the site for easy access by users.

The Company may modify these terms within the scope not violating relevant laws.

If the Company revises the terms, it will specify the date of application and the reasons for the modification and notify users along with the current terms on the site.

If a user does not agree to the revised terms, they may terminate the agreement. If the user continues to use the services without termination, it will be deemed as an agreement to the revised terms.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

- Support for hospital marketing strategies and providing hospital information
- Guidance and consultation related to medical services
- Other services designated by the Company

The Company may modify the content of the services for the convenience of users, and such changes will be announced in advance via the site.
Article 5 (Interruption of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend service provision in cases of force majeure, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons.

The Company will notify users of any service interruptions in advance, or if prior notice is not possible, it will notify them afterward.
Article 6 (Membership Registration and Management)

Users may apply for membership registration according to the procedures set by the Company, and the Company will decide whether to accept the application.

Members must notify the Company immediately of any changes to the information they have registered.

The Company may cancel membership or limit use if the member:
- Uses someone else's information or provides false information
- Deliberately interferes with the operation of the service
- Violates any other terms set by the Company
Article 7 (User's Obligations)

Users must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these terms, usage guidelines, and notices, and are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Registering false information
- Using or misappropriating others' personal information
- Commercially using the services without the Company’s consent
- Other illegal or inappropriate acts

Users must not damage the reputation of the Company or others or infringe on their rights when using the services.
Article 8 (Company's Obligations)

The Company will not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws or these terms and will make efforts to provide continuous and stable services.

The Company will protect the users’ personal information and manage it lawfully in accordance with its privacy policy.
Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information)

Article 10 (Ownership and Limitations on Content Use)

The copyright and other intellectual property rights of the content created by the Company belong to the Company.

Users may not copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, or use the content or provide it to third parties without the explicit consent of the Company.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not responsible for the failure to provide services due to force majeure, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons.

The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or any other issues related to information, data, or facts posted by users within the service.
Article 12 (Interpretation of Terms and Jurisdiction)

Matters not specified in these terms will be governed by relevant laws or customary practices.

In the event of a dispute between the Company and the user, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters will have jurisdiction.

These terms are effective from January 8, 2025.
